Remedial underpinning shall be performed where existing foundations are inadequate. Precautionary underpinning shall be performed where new construction adjacent to an existing structure requires deeper excavation.

The Hoisting and Craneage Plan shall include a layout for all hoist/crane infrastructures. The Plot Developer should consider all detailed information such as hoist arrangements, platforms, loading deck, mast sections, hoist equipment, details of attachment to building, gates, fences, safety devices, overload protection, etc.

The scope of this specification covers the supply and installation of lighting fixtures applicable to internal and external places of a building. Work includes, the collection, handling, installation and commissioning of the fluorescent, incandescent, chandelier, mercury vapour lamp light fixtures.

Telephone System In Electrical Construction Works

The contractor shall furnish and install a telephone system as specified herein and as shown in the drawings.
