All shoring and removal of, and underpinning shall be approved by the Master Developer and must comply with the safety requirements of all relevant local and international standards. Remedial underpinning shall be performed where existing foundations are inadequate. Precautionary underpinning shall be performed where new construction adjacent to an existing structure requires deeper excavation.
The Plot Developer shall provide and maintain during the execution of the Works all shoring; strutting, needling and other supports as may be necessary to preserve the stability of the buildings, whether new or existing, on the Site or adjoining that may be endangered or affected by the Works.
The Plot Developer shall provide temporary shoring, reinforcing, etc. to support the construction loads imposed during the execution of the Works. All temporary works used on the Project shall be backed by adequate calculations performed by professional and licensed engineer(s).
Any deviation from the Master Planned excavation and construction levels shall be submitted to the Master Developer for approval. All costs related to the submittal, design work, and construction on works shall be borne by the Plot Developer.
