Construction Control Guidelines for Materials Delivery and Excess Material in Site Logistics

 

 

Material deliveries shall be planned to meet schedule and construction requirements. The Plot Developer shall conform to the procedures related to entry permits and authorization, as prescribed by the Master Developer or the Master Developer's Project Manager. Excess material resulting from clearing, stripping and excavation operations shall not be removed from the site without the consent of the Master Developer's Project Manager.


 

 


The time of delivery of materials to the Site shall not be disruptive to other activities on the site. The Plot Developer shall conform to the security procedures, rules and regulations prescribed for the Project.

Delivery of materials and equipment to occupied facilities shall be coordinated with the Master Developer's Project Manager and relevant security officials. The Plot Developer shall arrange for off-site storage as required and schedule all such deliveries with the Master Developer's Project Manager. No materials shall be stored on trailers on site. All delivery trailers should depart the site as soon as possible.

Excess Material  in Site Logistics

Excess material resulting from clearing, stripping and excavation operations shall not be removed from the site without the consent of the Master Developer's Project Manager. Unsuitable materials and construction debris shall be disposed off site. Suitable materials only can be utilized elsewhere in the project subject to consent of the master developer and his infrastructure consultant.

Plot Developers must advise the Master Developers Project Manager prior to removing excavation spoils from site. No materials excavated from one plot will be allowed to be utilized by other plot developer without the consent of the master developer.
