The Developer shall adhere to all safety rules, regulations and requirements of local authorities whatever it may be applicable to the construction site. The Developer shall follow all safety procedures prescribed in the AGC (American General Developer's) Manual of Accident Prevention in Construction, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) of USA and all other local codes and regulations.
Construction Quality Plan
Material deliveries shall be planned to meet schedule and construction requirements. The Plot Developer shall conform to the procedures related to entry permits and authorization, as prescribed by the Master Developer or the Master Developer's Project Manager. Excess material resulting from clearing, stripping and excavation operations shall not be removed from the site without the consent of the Master Developer's Project Manager.
It is essential that services and systems in a building construction contract work are provided to conform to the requirements of the customer, and that the activities be effected as economically as practical. The achievement of these objectives is facilitated by setting up working procedures and practices, which collectively provide a “Work Efficient”, yet controlled operating environment. It is the purpose of this Construction Quality Plan to give instruction to personnel, on the implementation of the company system such that the above objectives are accomplished. Documentation specific to the project will be provided to ensure full compliance with the particular requirements of the contract.
Occasionally Main Contractor of the construction work depends sub-contractor for accomplishing some smaller or part of the project that may require specialized technical know-how and installation methods. In those cases Main contractor selects some sub-contractors who has capacity to achieve the task within the given time frame. Hence both of the parties, ie., Main contractor and Sub-contractor to be signed an agreement which protects both the parties' interest. 1. INSPECTION AND TEST METHODS - GENERAL
Every building construction work shall be inspected and tested by the representative of the main contractor to keep their Quality Plan in force as detailed here: All the installations will have a unique reference for the purpose of inspection/testing methods; It will be a condition in the purchase order, that wherever necessary individual sub-contractors will prepare inspection and test plans appropriate to their work activities.
1. QUALITY PLAN PROCEDURES
The company standard procedures will be implemented for the project however should a situation arise where this may be detrimental to the project or where an improvement could be made to a standard procedure the Project Manager shall be notified. With agreement of the Quality Assurance Manager a project procedure may be established and thus added to the Quality plan.
